How to Subscribe to Program
First, go to the main subscription page by clicking on the link and selecting a channel, or go directly to the program page you are interested in from the section above.
After selecting the program, click on the “Join this Program“, located neat the banner.
You will then be sent to the Usage Guide page. Review the terms and pricing on this page carefully. The usage fee is deducted from your deposited credit every 30 days. If your balance is insufficient, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
After reviewing the details, proceed to payment selection.
The only available payment option is BitCash, and credit cards are not accepted. BitCash is selected by default, so proceed to the next page.
If you do not have enough credit, as shown in the image on the left, go to the deposit credit page. For more details about BitCash, check the How to Purchase on DUGA page.
If you have sufficient credit, select “Execute Payment”, as shown in the image on the right.
After completing your purchase, you will be sent to the subscription completion page. From there, you can go directly to the program you subscribed to, and the “Join Program” button will change to “Available“. You now have full access to all content included in the program.
For quick access to your subscribed programs, hover over “My Page” and select “Monthly Program Usage History” from the dropdown menu. From there, choose the program you want to access. You can also check your subscription date and unsubscribe from programs on this page.
How to Unsubscribe from Program
Access the “Monthly Program Usage History” page from the dropdown menu or from “My Page”, then click the “Unsubscribe” button on the right.
After clicking the “Unsubscribe” button, a short survey will appear asking why you want to cancel your subscription. This survey is optional and can be left blank.
Once you confirm, your subscription will be canceled. The date shown in bold indicates the final day you can continue using the program, even after unsubscribing.
Your unsubscribe process is now complete. The date shown in bold indicates the last day you can access the program. Dates are displayed in Japan time (Year/Month/Date), and access expires based on Japan time.
All downloaded content will become unavailable after the expiration date.
